Growing up in my mother’s restaurant business, I learned the art of cooking from my mom, who taught me to infuse every dish with love and passion, using the finest locally produced ingredients. Her teachings have shaped my culinary skills and inspired me to bring the authentic taste of New Mexican food to life.

From a young age, I've always enjoyed cooking for others, and my dream has always been to share the flavorful dishes passed down from my mom, along with my own unique creations. At Dos Locos, we aim to deliver an unforgettable culinary experience that reflects the warmth and hospitality of our home state.

Our food truck is a family affair. My wife plays a vital role in the business, handling event bookings and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. Together, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like part of the Dos Locos family.

As parents of twins, we’re the fun-loving, slightly crazy ones taking on this wild adventure! Our two energetic boys are the real stars behind our food truck name, Dos Locos. It’s a cheeky nod to our “two little crazies” who bring boundless joy and excitement into our lives. Their infectious spirit and endless enthusiasm push us to chase our dreams and share our love of food with our amazing community.
